Sovereign Dialect Bridge
A local-first web application that bridges Indonesian citizens and formal government services by allowing users to submit aspirations and complaints in their native regional dialects using a three-stage NLP pipeline.
The problem
Millions of Indonesian citizens struggle to communicate with formal government platforms because those platforms only accept formal Indonesian, causing miscommunication and unheard voices.
The solution
Built an NLP pipeline with dialect detection (IndoNLP/NusaX, 12 dialects), translation to formal Indonesian (NLLB-200), and abstractive summarization (IndoBART/TextRank) before routing to the appropriate government channel.
