An internal real-time web dashboard for PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta's West Java Area operations team to monitor network disruptions and client complaint tickets without waiting for manual CRM approval.

The problem
The operations team couldn't respond to network outages immediately because they had to wait for Sales & Marketing to manually create tickets in a third-party CRM, causing response delays of hours.
The solution
uilt a real-time dashboard that scrapes live ticket data from the CRM, giving the operations team instant visibility into active incidents, outage types, client names, and ticket duration — reducing visibility delay from hours to seconds.
