Dashboard Bootcamp Admin - Indonesia AI
A centralized admin dashboard for managing Indonesia AI's bootcamp programs across multiple batches and disciplines including Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and NLP replacing manual based management.
The problem
Indonesia AI managed bootcamp data manually through Excel, Docs, Admin Django, etc, making participant tracking, syllabus management, and certification slow and error-prone across multiple batches.
The solution
Built a full-stack dashboard using Scrum methodology over 3 months with daily checkpoint meetings, delivering six features end-to-end: Data Master, Master Syllabus, Career Info, Certificate List, Portfolio, and Mentoring with two connected databases.
